Career and Personal Paths

She had graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in Business Administration in 1988 and had been working at Agropur, Yoplait Yogurt Division, when the opportunity to get involved in the POLYFORM family business presented itself. As vice president of finance & administration, she manages the accounting/finance and human resources teams, as well as the information used to manage all the management systems. After lecturing at the University of Sherbrooke early in her career, she was then an administrator on the board of directors of the Granby Zoo for six years and on that of Desjardins for the caisse of Granby Haute-Yamaska for two years. She also participated in training at the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce from 2011 to 2013.

Why I Became an Entrepreneur or Administrator

She is driven by meeting challenges. For her, there is always a way to reach a goal. 

Why I Am a Mentor

Dynamic and involved, she wants mentees to benefit from her experience as an entrepreneur within a family manufacturing business and from her experience at the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce. CONTRIBUTING has become an essential element of her way of life. The desire to help others and enable them to progress is part of her management style, and she wants to help further by giving back. 

My Guiding Values

Family values, mutual help, respect, contributing, perseverance, and fun are part of her personal and professional daily life. Given her authenticity, integrity, passion, calm nature, and devotion, her sense of commitment ensures that you can always count on her. Her motto is “no effort, no result.”

My Passions and Interests

She is an epicure. Remaining active, pushing her limits, and discovering are essential to her progression.
