Career and Personal Paths
I hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, and I am an administrator and a project manager with 22 years’ experience in manufacturing at BRP and Camso. Therefore, I had the opportunity to learn the best business practices from two of Quebec’s flagships. Today, these credentials allow me to coach entrepreneurs and their teams so that they reach their goals. I am an entrepreneur and a professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation specializing in product development, strategic alignment, and operations management. On a personal level, I was able to balance my career and family (blended family with four children), remain physically and mentally healthy, and have fun!
Why I Became an Entrepreneur
Meeting challenges was on my bucket list. I had to try it. I should have dared to long before! I meet challenges, meet extraordinary people, enjoy doing what I love, and, as a bonus, I show my children that anything is possible.
Why I Am a Mentor
I love seeing someone succeed. It’s motivating and inspiring. I learned very young that when we give, we receive.

Hiking, crossfit, alpine skiing, running, and drinking fine wine with my friends.
