Career and Personal Paths

I was co-owner of a store for five years; then, I joined the Sûreté du Québec, where, for 30 years, I was a team leader and gained enriching experience through problem solving and human relations. I ended my career on the Protocol and International Relations Directorate. Then, I was a security consultant and gave customer service trainings all over Quebec. I also wrote the book Reconnaître les personnalités en 7 secondes. I enjoy being involved in my community and have occupied the following positions: president of the Sherbrooke youth board of trade in 1973-74; president of the Granby board of trade in 2013-2014; head mentor of the cellule de Granby et région from 2011 to 2013; president of the Conseil Régional du Mentorat de la Montérégie-Est from June 2011 to December 2015; and president of the comité Éthique et Gouvernance du Réseau M from 2012 to 2016. I became a mentorship trainer for the Réseau M and currently work as a spokesperson for the National Coalition Against Contraband Tobacco.

Why I Am a Mentor

In 2006, I became a mentor after someone explained to me that I could help entrepreneurs realize their dreams.

My Guiding Values

Believing in one’s goals, working to reach them, and carrying out actions and relationships with integrity.

My Passions and Interests

I enjoy coaching, listening, and encouraging. Seeing young entrepreneurs realize their dreams and succeed is what drives me.
